| Supplying non-compliant, under-strength or un-marked concrete masonry units to project sites is unquestionably a serious issue, having negative consequences for the supplier, contractor, designer, and the concrete masonry industry as a whole.
With this understanding, and the knowledge that unfortunately this is occurring too frequently, the CCMPA engineering staff has prepared a Special Technical Bulletin specific to this issue. To date, this is CCMPA’s first and only Special Technical Bulletin; the serious nature of the issue has demanded its preparation and dissemination.
